Junie B. Jones

My friend Lacey found that Junie B. Jones was coming on base to do a small show & book stamping. Lacey's daughter Kaydence is huge fan & wanted us to go w/ them. By the time we got there it was packed so I wasn't able to see much for the show. After she was done w/ the show we got each of the girls to get their books stamped by her:

VBS

Mom found out the Methodist Church in Maumelle was having thier VBS. I asked MJ if she wanted to go since they were having a space theme & she said "yes". She had a lot of fun going & made a lot of cute things such as this head piece:

Library Fun

I heard "The Balloon man" was coming to Vilonia library. I talked Lacey to come w/ us & bring her two kids. The guy also did some "magic". Lacey's daughter Kaydence got picked to come up there to help out.

The guy did good & the girls got to take a balloon animal home.

Good To Be Back

We love being back! While we stayed w/ mom & dad I would get up to go garage sales & find things we needed for the house. Note: as of right now our things should be here around the 27th of July. One morning we went we saw hot air balloon in the sky:

One of our favorite things about being back is pay at the pump & cheaper gas: While staying at mom & dad's MJ came out wearing my bra, watch, & tennis shoes:

Leaving Germany

Well, all good things must came to an end. After 4 years & lots of good friends & memories it was time to go HOME! We had tons of problems with this PCS, but made it.

We took a shuttle at 6:00 in the morning German time. The flight was about 10.5 hours long. We landed at DFW around 3:30 & got our rental car. We drove from DFW in Memorial Day traffic & made it to mom & dad's at 11:30 Arkansas time.

Last Field Trip in Germany

MJ's last field trip in Germany we went to Barfußpark (aka Barefoot Park) in Baden- Württemberg. It's 2.5km walking park where you take your shoes off. It was kind of cold that day. They have different areas you walk on; bark, water, mud, sand, ect.

After we crossed the river we had lunch before getting on the bus to head back to the school.

Lose Tooth

Well, I'm playing catch up! Before we left Germany MJ lost her 1st tooth. If you look the one on the right is also lose. It came out the following night. She's getting so big! She love the whole tooth fairy thing. We left it a cup on her window that night. She was so excited to see money the next morning.
