Sunblock anyone?

If you got kids then you can't feel our pain in this blog. Ever since we found out we were going to be parents my dad has told me this is the best pay back for him. Well, he was right! I put MJ to bed on Wednesday night like I always do. Right before I was headed to bed at 11:30 I decided to check on her. Right when I walked in I was about to slip & yelled out for Ben to come here & turn on the lights. I wish he didn't! MJ was a sleep in her bed, but there was sunblock EVERYWHERE! I mean EVERYWHERE! You name a spot; the floor, her books, her dresser, stuff animals, her bed, & the list go on! Why was there sunblock in her room? Well, in my defense I've left it in there before & it never been touched. I can now say I know what a bottle of sunblock look like all over MJ's room! Back to the story, after Ben turned on the light & we saw the mess all we could do was look at each other & laugh. You know where you're so mad all you can do is laugh? Well that was us! We looked at MJ as she sat up covered in it as well as her room. Ben told me to take her & clean her up while he cleaned up the mess. I took MJ to the bathroom & all she could say was, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" over & over again. I was trying so hard not to laugh at her b/c she knew she messed up. After 4 towels, a new rug, & a good washing for some stuff animals everything turned out okay. The only good thing about all this is the sunblock was the non sting kind.
