Paris Day One

For Allie first full day we wanted to go to Paris. Ben had to work so I had to bring MJ w/ us. We got up early & had Ben drop us off at the train station. We got there early & wanted to get something to eat before got on the train. The train came & I swear we got maybe 5 minutes to get on before it took off- thanks for the warning Jenn W.

After getting off the metro went wanted to go by the hotel to drop off our bags since we knew we couldn't check in till 3:00. Here's our hotel Relais du Pre: The lady at the front desk couldn't have been nicer. Plus, her English was perfect!

We first went to the Arch of Triumph: Afterwards we went shopping at the Disney Store down the street. I know what y'all are thinking but I've not been to one in forever! We then went to the Notre Dam Cathedral. I didn't take pictures b/c I took them last time I went. After we went in the Notre Dam Cathedral we went looking for gifts & came upon the bakery w/ the cutes pastries. Mom this is for you: MJ of course HAD to have one: After a while we decided to go check in our rooms. They're small but nice:

MJ making herself at home: Allie sitting out of our room: After relaxing we decided to grab dinner & go see the Eiffel Tower. We walk which felt like forever. The funny thing is we saw it far off & it didn't look so far. We were walking & wondering did it disappear? Allie & MJ waiting for the train on the way back to the hotel: MJ LOVED riding on the metro... at least someone did- LOL! We got back to our room before 10:00 & we took a nice hot bath. MJ was still wide a wake but I manage to get her in bed.
