Visit Day VII- Going Home & Mom's Surgery

Sorry no pictures for this entry. By the last day of Italy I was D-O-N-E! We woke up the next morning & took our rental van to the airport. RyanAir you have to be there 2 hours before your flight you will not be able to make it. After dealing w/ even more issues w/ RyanAir I decided I will NEVER fly w/ them again! No joke! The flight home was fine all but we had to wait around for our shuttle to come get us. As soon as I got home I got an e-mail from dad in the subject line "Mom is having surgery today". I called him ASAP & he told me that mom's stomach wasn't getting any better & her doctor was clueless why so they were going to exploratory surgery to see what the problem was. I left MJ w/ Ben, Mollie, & Michelle & went right there. I saw mom for a while before they wheeled her in the OR. After what felt like forever they came out & told us that mom's appendix rupture & was poisoning her insides. After getting her into ICU for the night me & dad went home to let everyone know what had happen at the house & to make some calls to everyone back home. We went settle in for the night & watch Euro trip.
